When my doors auto lock when I stop and want to get out I used to just open my drivers door but something has happened as now, I have to open my door by pulling the handle twice to open it instead of just the once. Any ideas folks?

Sounds Like your Drivers Door solenoid in the locking unit is on its way out. If you press the dash board unlock button you should notice the door locking tab doesn't open properly resulting in a semi locked unlocked state.

No its not that as the dash unlocking system works fine.

Had the same issue with my front passenger door. Would always open using the dash switch but would not open using the internal handle. First attempt was to take door card off and check the cable to the lock was connected OK. It was but you had to really pull it hard to unlock the door. Changed the latch unit in the end and it now works OK.
