In South Africa all Land Rovers and Freelanders are sold with the spare wheel, the same size as the normal road wheels and the same mag. No problem changing a wheel in the sticks.

Sorry to join the debate so late but I've Recently accuired a brand new set of (4) 17in GS alloys and tyres 235/65/17 with goodyear wranglers to add to my un-used matching spare alloy & tyre(which i specified as part of the car purchase) plus the 4 used GS alloys off the car which are all for sale/swap if people want a matching spare wheel or new set?
I should mention that the wheels are available due to a further impulsive purchase of a set of 19in shadow chromes and a 19in steel spare.

Just had a bit of an impuse myself. Got a set of 5 Shadow Crome 19 inchers to go on my Stornaway Grey with sports kit. Just waiting for the suspension strutt that has broken to be repaired before I fit them. WARNING, anyone waiting for a new FL2, my part is on the "critical" list which means they take it off the production line. Make sure your's is not missing as I could well have it!.
Will post some pics when wheels fitted

What's going on with you lot? New cars , leather and wheel purchases all over the place, Have you all had a lottery win??? All I managed to buy was some new diesel and that was budget morrisons brand Confused

My Dad won £2500 on the lotto last week, which probably makes up for all the tickets he has bought since the lotto started Laughing
