I'm not receiving email notifications for replies to posts I started or contributed to, I'm still getting them from the D3 forum so assume there is nothing wrong with the settings in my iPad.
When I go into my profile I noticed that the box next to email address contains my username, I changed it to my email hit submit but nothing has changed, any ideas please.
On a lighter note I should collect an FL2 sometime over the weekend, I will of course post the obligatory photo when it arrives.

But when I login to my profile on my iPad, i find it also changes my email to my user name, and also inserts the password. I think this is due to the Ipad remembering login details and auto filling them. only started happening when i upgraded to IOS7

i need to, retype the email address, delete the password as i am not changing it, then select whatever changes i need to make before saving


Check your setting in your profile that you haven't mistyped your email address

Works the same way across my iPad and MacBook. On a slightly different note, could we look at the possibility of a "Today's Posts" section within the forum? Like many, I am certain that this could be a useful 'quick-link' to relevant posts....not sure of the technical know-how or how much legwork might be involved... Foraging near Gaydon....

The auto-fill of the fields with the wrong info is another Apple quirk following iOS 7

I need to re-code and test to sort it, so will be a few days.

It doesn't explain why you don't receive the notifications. I know that some Gmail and Hotmail/Outlook accounts just simply don't like the forum emails; but then other accounts do

Are the notifications in your Spam/Junk Mail folder?

On the above, I have now put in place a fix for the auto-fill issue. However I don't have a device running iOS7 so can someone with iOS 7 please try to visit the Profile page and see if it is fixed?

Thanks Martin email address is in the correct field now.
Replies were indeed in junk folder have now added "martin@freel2.com" to my contact so hope that will sort the problem, still receiving emails from the D3 forum in the usual way though.
