Horn sounding when reversing.

This morning as my wife started to reverse off the drive, the horn started sounding continuously. Not sure if it was as she engaged reverse or started moving, she stopped and removed key, it didn't stop until she locked the car.
We've had a few locking/ unlocking issues, which seemed to have cured themselves, could this be connected?
There has been no repeat and I've had a mess about locking and unlocking ,leaving doors half open when starting etc and can't make it do it again. 2007 Freelander 2 2.2TD4 HSE manual (Hers)
