United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey
Bi-Xenons

I know there's been some previous posts on this, but couldn't find anything conclusive - now that people are taking delivery of their new toys, can anyone confirm whether Bi-Xenons (not the adaptive ones) are standard on the SE model ?

Thanks

BG

As far as I am aware they are not. Mine on order does not have them. Tried to get then to include them in the price! Would have delayed delivery several months as would have had to have been specially ordered.

Price list shows them as options on GS XS SE and HSE

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Stornoway Grey

I took delivery of my SE yesterday and it doesn't have xenon headlamps. My XTrail had Xenons but to be honest the halogens on the FL2 seem brighter. Perhaps its because they are clean!

I am very impressed with the car. Particular little design features keep bringing a smile to my face.

Stornoway with Scuba trim.

All new Land Rover have had that since about 1998 when the Freelander 1 came on the scene. It was the 1st land Rover to have such a warranty. It wasn't offered at the launch in 1998 but they did offer it to owners who bought early F1's and backdated it to delivery time or you got an extra 2 years from the dealer when the 1st 12 months was up, cannot remember which it was now How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

Just a note on Xenon's, if you don't get them as standard you can retro fit as with the D3 (non-adaptive type only) they use the same wiring harness so it is a plug and play replacement.

No there is not any Bi-Xenon lights as standard on the SE, I think that even on the HSE model it is an optional extra
