I Have spoken to Land Rover Halewood Experience Centre.
We are planning to meet up on the following date, this has been confirmed with LRE Halewood as they are geting booked up quickly.


Please add you name if you can attend, please do not add your name if your are likely to pull out.
The cost has increased from last time as the factory tour has changed and the cost is because of this, they have said the tour is now a far better experience and in the cost they will however, provide lunch for us.

September 27th 2013

Meet at Speke Hall Car Park 10:30 onwards
Arrive LR Experience Halewood 12.00pm -12.15pm
Lunch & Refreshments: - 12:30 - 13:15
Factory & Safety Brief: - 13:15
Factory Tour: - 13:30 - 15:00
Demonstration Drive: - 15:00 - 17:00

Cost £75 per person including lunch


Payment details will be confirmed in a couple of days time.

What is the maximum number of punters (Sorry clients) they can accommodate? as my last trip was a private visit with the huge number of 2.

Have all the details now from Danielle, the maximum number they can accommodate is 30.

I suggest members ring the centre on +44 (0) 151 448 4023 and book for that date quoting FREEL2, they can take card payments.

I will speak with them frequently to get names and numbers of those who have booked, I would also appreciate if you make it known on this thread that you have paid also, I can then send a PM to those members with directions to the meet location along with my mobile number etc. Also if any of you are vegetables or have any special dietary requirements and 'a lot' is not a special dietary requirement, then also advise then we don't have anyone left out.

Are those who have clicked on the list and added themselves above in need of doing this as per your statement above, or are you taking care of that side of it? Are we talking about those who haven't added themselves as confirmed and may turn up ad-hoc?
