word has it Taz is going to cycle over the pennines and have a go at winning himself a yellow jersey, and you could probably win after UK testers look into it properly and disqualify everyone else.

some years back the Kellogs Tour of Britain came through Shibden Valley Halifax, I woke up to find a load of PR boys dressed in look a like cycling lycra putting banners along the dry stone wall on the front field. I asked them what they were doing and told them they could not do it, They said they had the landowners permission , I told them to off I was the Land Owner ! any way they refused to move them so i did it for them, they never mentioned payment so to them !

Looking forward to the traffic restrictions. Bad enough when there's a flock of them slowing us down. A whole shoal will be too much to bear. Wonder if I can hire an Apache helicopter for a few days in 2014. |
