Has anybody tried these for the internal cabin lights, especially the rear passenger light? |

yeah, I put the same bulb in the front-centre interior light in mine.....the LED is a little short, so the terminals need to be bent a little to make conact with the bulb...but once in, a much better light... in my gallary I have the boot light replacement shown (Next to my additional powerpoint)... Sumatra Blk, Tints, Winterpack, Dodgylooking TowBar, roof rails, Front & Rear LED Indicators, Clear Side repeaters(Led), LED Rear Position/Brake lights, Additional Power-point in the boot & Brighter luggage Illumination fitted |

Yes, they will still fade down...... Did you get the ballast resistors with the indicators?...if not, there's a high chance they will flash at double speed (blown-bulb rate)... Somewhere here, I wrote a quickie-guide on what wires to connect the ballasts too... On mburton2's initiative, I too put in a LED lamp in the boot. Now, the only really irritating bug of the new Freelander has been fixed. Thanks mburton2! 2007 Freelander 2 HSE i6
