2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Auto Tonga Green

Anyone know what LR004181 is used for

Whilst browsing http://lrparts.ru/engl/, found a "TRAY - UTILITY, '(+)"CDN/MEX/USA"'. Part no LR004181.

Anyone know what is does or where it's located in the vehicle?

Any of our colleagues in Canada, Mexico or USA shed any light or even post a picture?
