Ive had a rattle in my dash thats been driving me crazy. Ive tracked it down to the A pillar trims that were rubbing against the dash (I think). Ive stopped the rattles by as a tempory measure placing a piece of card between the trim and the dashboard. The car is very quiet now.

If I take the trim off and refit it will it effect the air bag underneath it? Has anyone any experiance in this? Might just be easier to trim the pieces of card?
