Wasn't the Spoiler a standard fit on the HSE from around 2009, prior to that it was an option, it was standard on the HST. I've noticed that they have dropped the Spoiler on the MY12 model HSE, the only model it seems to be standard on now is the Freelander Exclusive.

I have a MY12 HSE (62 Plate) and it came with a rear Spoiler...  Foraging near Gaydon....

Spoiler is no longer standard on the MY13 HSE but it is on the MY13 HSE Lux and also on the Dynamic.
It remains as an option for other models.
