Speaker problems

Hello,
I own a 2008 Freelander 2 and two of the speakers in the doors, the big ones from the front and rear left doors, are making a buzzing noise and I'd like to replace them. Does anybody knows how I can remove the door plastics and the speaker covers(preferably without tearing them apart Whistle) in order to replace the speakers? Thanks! Bow down
And I would also like to ask you what size do the speakers have to be in diameter. Mr. Green For those about to rock. I salute you!
