I'm visiting from the Discovery 3 side on things
Simply because I have managed to buy the wrong discs for my car.
Which are the right discs for your cars

So, here we go.

Land Rover Satellite Navigation Discs 2008 - 2009 Europe
Land Rover Satellite Navigation Discs (3 in total) covering Europe for Land Rover Freelander 2.

DENSO Part No. 104632-5910

The discs cover the following countries:

DISC 1: AUT - BEL - CHE - DEU - DNK - FIN - ITA - LIE - LUX - NLD - NOR - SMR - SWE - VAT
DISC 2: AND - ESP - FRA - GBR - IRL - MCO - PRT
DISC 3: AND - AUT - BEL - CHE - DEU - DNK - FRA - LIE - LUX - MCO - NLD - CZE

These discs are original and come with the original box.
