When you notice that you have made a double post

You will notice that there is a X on the bottom line of a your post, between edit and quote

This is so that you can delete a recently made post yourself, which you might have made in error

I believe you only have a limited amount of time to do this and this will not be available if somebody post directly after you

The time period is well over an hour, I had a problem earlier where the forum was just not responding, not sure if that was something to do with it, if it doesnt work, click again starnge how they wait when its a financial transaction No Martin, don't even think about pay to post like facebook are contemplating, some of us would be skint

Just report double posts using the triangle and we'll sort it

I wasn't sure, so i did a post on RRSport to make sure, as i had seen Ady555 post about it too, for the same reason

i get the X on there too only until someone else posts and only on the last post

Got to admit I wasn't sure as I'm a custom to a few more buttons than normal been there, sounds like Taz also had the option

But as you say the red triangle is to be used to report these

Must admit to having that option on very rare occassions I thought it was a new feature to this forum at first but now know its random.

This is odd, I still have the 'delete' option but on another post elsewhere made after this that option didn't appear

Sorry Martin, more often than not I get an X on the bottom line, has Taz and myself been promoted secretly to Mod status

And I have the X again And EY has promotion

Apparently its a beta X and only supposed to appear on CG's posts so we can all delete them
