sponsored silence

Mr Crabtree is helping to raise money for an good cause (see his signature)

I have decided that for every £100 the forum donates to his cause I will cease posting on this forum for one whole week.
A vaners and chrome lovers dream I imagine, chat away about your deviant desires without me sticking my oar in Rolling with laughter

chuck in as much or as little as you choose and we will totalise the sum and calculate the total weeks of silence.

for every post infringing the silence I will donate £10.

Ideas/suggestions to improve this offer are welcome. Get your hands in your pockets its a win/win situation. At work
At home

I think this is an event, so it's been moved

Is this going to coincide with your two weeks annual leave, or a busy period mowing the crops or something, so you actually work instead

So it's win/win/win situation Whistle

I am sure you could fit more than 10 Caravans on your farm. Could you not invite them in one evening for a little karaoke Rolling with laughter

If CG is planning this up at his Ranch, it has to be worth £20 just to see his smiling face beside all those vans. Thumbs Up

The second coming of who or what Question
Nero
The Ford Pinto
The Toilet Roll Hat
Billy Graham
Yersinia pestis
Sinclair C5, or
The Bay City Rollers

I don't much welcome any of'em for a second or more times.

So perhaps it's best just to establish a sponsored "Vanner Vanquish" eradication event. The proceeds from this honourable public service campaign to free the nation's arterial byways from this vermin will go to YOU. In return, HM Treasury officials have assured me this morning that the venerable vanquishers will enjoy a 50% higher tax-free threshold on earned income plus free school milk for their children - the next generation of "warriors against weaving wobbly wans". Wink
