They should fail as they are not self levelling, in the event of an accident, you would be on sticky ground if the other driver said your lights glared at him, your insurance would be invalid if they checked the lights.

The Nightbreakers are about as white as a halogen lamp can get - but it will still look yellowish when compared to HID (of any colour) Cheers,
