metallic tapping, scraping

hi, I have some problems with my car. when is freezing temperature I hear under car some metallic tapping or something like scraping. it's hard to pinpoint because that sound occurs only at higher freezing temperatures (ca -7st) and only when I driving. it is strange yet that after driving about 10km sound gradually disappears. except that sound, everything is OK, driving is normally.

Maybe a heat shield on the prop shaft? Had the same kind of noise after forming a river. Heat shield bent slightly and rubbing on the prophet. Simply fixed but a pain to find.
