Auto headlights

Does anyone know where the sensor is for the auto headlights?
Mine are on all the time whatever the conditions.
It is only 3 weeks old just thought I would do a few checks before the hassle of going back to the dealer!

Unless of course there is some new reason for them to be on all the time, then I would just look like a tw*t.

Behind the interior mirror.
The sensor is not the best, slow in coming on and hit and miss in going off

Mine are very quick to come on, bridges trigger them, then go off pretty quickly thereafter.

mine also used to be "on" in bright sunshine and would never go off but wouldnt work in the dark. Had loads of bits replaced and they were useless.
After 3 years L/r fitted new loom for a starting and many other faults and lights worked perfect ever since. Extremely responsive and come on as soon as the bonnet gets under a bridge and off seconds out the other side. So they can work properly.

Mine is an 07 reg and mine work perfectly, so dont put up with anything less Wink Black FL2

Mine work fine except for foggy conditions, when they are fooled into thinking that it's a lovely bright day, when you really should have headlights on as it's foggy as f**k ! ...

Thanks for all your replies, it feels like a proper LandRover!.

After trying various things like switching lights manually to off, switching off ignition then back, then back to auto lights, it all seems to work now.

Just got to wait for some sunshine again to test them!
