dashboard beep

Infrequently I get a beep from the dash, but there is no message displayed on the console. Apart from taking it to the dealer what can I use to read the system to see if there is a fault.

You can look to see, when the temperatures are low, if the snowflake near the temperature is flashing.
If this is the case is a warning for near or danger of ice.

Don't think so, but i'll have a look at the temp next time it happens.

Are there any user interfaces that are reasonably priced to plug in.

I agree with Alex here. You won't really notice anything except as he says, there is a snowflake symbol next to the outside temperature digital display. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

I've noticed the snowflake symbol. just seems a bit random during driving. I'll check it out when i'm on the road again.
