SNOW

I thought i'd start a thread for all those random snow pics that aren't suitable for the competition thread!
Lets hope this month makes up for the miserable wet dull and windy winter we have suffered so far, and we can fill this with pics!!! Thumbs Up

I'm not keen on winter weather either. I don't like driving in it.
But my camera loves it Thumbs Up Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Very little snow in Lancashire, this is fairly high up ~1000ft, nothing in the towns, may have a ride round although thawing at the moment too.

Horrible freezy stuff, you try powerwashing concrete yards clean when its snowing and freezing to the concrete, mixed in with lovely chicken Censored . Never eat brown snow. frozen water pipes to defrost Evil or Very Mad

Then its time to shut the airvents on the sheds and the powerwash water has frozen them all open, so defrost them all so you can then close them to get the heaters on to defrost the rest of the shed. Evil or Very Mad

meanwhile Mrs G phones to say bring more logs the wood stove isnt quite toasty enough At work

Yesterday our local Sunday newspaper said it was colder in our region over the last 48hrs (minus 28° night - minus 13° day) than in Island. I did point out that those crafty but bankrupt debt defaulting Islanders have one amenity that we do not have: lots of geysers to bathe in to keep you fit and warm. Her Ladyship's (and daughter's) response - good idea - put that into your plans for the new house build - an outdoor hot tub.

Have to laugh, one of my boys lives on a small estate at Milton Keynes, they gritted the estate roads 10am Saturday morning Shocked this is very good as we dont get the roads round our way unless it is on a designated bus route, any way, its not all good as at 11am the road sweeper came round Banging Head
