faulty door lock

hi guys ,my freelander 2 ,2008 ,drivers door wont lock the rest do this stayes open ,sitting in the car and press to lock you can see the buton try and lock dut no joy, took off handle oiled lock all moving fine doors lock and unlock when i pull and push cable any advise would be great thanks.
