I am getting interference on the radio and a poor reception when the aircon/ full heat program is used.

I have tried a search on here for this topic and it turns up a fault with the antenna in the rear quarter window element.

Are both rear quarter window elements supposed to be connected?

Only the drivers side (right hand side) has a conection plug fitted at the very top in the middle. The other side has the connection plug fitted in the same place, but nothing connected to it. Is this right?

Yep, one is for DAB the other is for the normal radio, you will be surprised by how many people have thought they were heating elements

All to do with the window heater program.
Hit the window program switch and the radio crackles.....

New rear screen on overnight order will be fitted in the morning…. Great service again by dealer
