How stable in high winds?

Just heard on the tv in Dubai of 130 mph gusts of wind reported in the Fort William area!

Are we safe at that wind speed?

just watched the BBC news report, and they have a still image from the webcam and the ski lifts seats are blown near vertical.

Took me back to my childhood though as there was a clip of a lad holding his coat above his head and leaning right in to the wind.......now wears my coat... Laughing

i was on the M6 today between Penrith and Lancaster, it was wild going over Shap and unfortunatelt the torrential rain followed us all the way! Combined with the gusts it was horrendous, wouldn't have normally traveled in weather like that but i was going to a funeral. FL2 coped well although when i pulled off the motorway there was a hesitation under acceleration for a short while, then it cleared the weather was so bad id say it was caused by water.

Living near Ft Wm, it got a bit exciting when Hurricane Bawbag struck, I've just got power back after 36 hrs, mobile phone after 24 and still no TV. Freelie was fine driving home, during the 30 min window when I was allowed to drive home. Nearly spent the night kipping in the back of it.
