68 litre fuel tank????

Filled the machine up earlier with vpower diesel, and managed to 67.71 litres of fuel with 27 mile range, how is that possible to do 27 miles 0.29 litres of fuel???? Or am I missing something here???

0.06 of a gallon and 27 mile range Question
Wow, 450 miles to the gallon, I would say that's quite poor fuel economy Laughing ______________________

Tank capacity does not include the filler pipe.

I think your maths may be out possibly,
your working's , work out to 100 miles to the liter (Approx)

I work it out to 2045 mpg- (full tank range of approx 28,639 ) 4 fill in ten years of motoring Bow down
If that right I must try the shell v power Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Landy 19840 - Assuming my use of the calculator is correct, you're being charged £1.449 per litre in your area. I'm complaining about £1.369 here in Cheshire/Wirral area.

also remember that fuel pumps are allowed to over-measure the litres and under-deliver the fuel by a certain %. That's why, for fill-to-fill consumption calculation as close as poss, you should use exactly the same pump each time. Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red

This is because as they wear they deliver more fuel, so it ought to balance out. I have read that some supermarkets will have their pumps calibrated as often as twice a day to ensure that they always under-deliver.

Volume also differs with temperature, always use a nice cool garage, you'll get more.

Hav'nt calculated it but maybe as much as an extra 400 yards Laughing
