Timing - belt or chain?

Ive got a FL2 TD 2.2 se. 2007 model. Is it the timing, a belt or chain?
Just wanting to set my mind at rest here boys Bow down

It's a Timing belt and advised to change at 150,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first.
