I believe the the earlier version had adjustable clutch mechanism. After bh they did'nt.

Would it help if you removed all the lower bumper fixings and side fixings then pulled the bumper forwards a bit and maybe get your hand or a tool in to open the latch?

The glow plug relay is located under the front wiper blade scuttle panel..

I believe there's a sensor in the passenger side mirror, you should see it if you look at the underside of the mirror.

did you sort out the oxygen sensors, as you said they were 88 degrees when cold which am sure would cause problems when starting.

You fitted new injectors but were they coded in?. Also have you checked the common rail sensors, and checked the rail is at the right pressure prior to starting,.

Is the starter motor working 100%. Just someone else had starting problems and renewed glow plugs etc but turned out to be the starter motor. Something worth checking perhaps?.

Glow plug relay is located under the front wiper scuttle panel next to the ecm.
