Mine was the EGR playing up throwing "reduced performance" messages. I had it removed from the ECU and blanked it off just before Covid struck. Problem solved ever since.

My electric handbrake certainly comes on automatically when I turn off the engine.

Do the newer FL2 come with xenon headlamps, my previous 2008 had candles for headlights, thinking of going back to a 2013/2014 FL2 but hoping headlights are better

Well that didn't work.
I soldered the 10 Ohm resistors into the extra piece of loom. The H/lights didn't come on at all and the resistor got too hot to handle.
