Just to add it's a 2014 SD4/Metropolis. I did a search and found some info on loose connections etc but it read as though it was only affecting cars up to 2012.

28k miles SD4 Metropolis 64 plate, sometimes occurs setting off from the lights, sometimes accelerating when moving. Doesn't seem to be isolated to any particular driving scenario.
