My 07 main headlamp fuses are located in the fuse pack under the glove box. Also, on the covers for the fuse boxes is a breakdown of the fuse layouts. Not sure if yours has them?

Dive into your manual and find the grid listing the fuses, check them all would be a good starting point.
Edit: Check all the ones pertaining to the headlights. That'd be a long boxing day evening ... |
