I was surprised it didn't turn the FreeLander over but unless my DVM is very inaccurate, there was only 12.6V at the Clio battery even when the engine was revved.

Yes, the battery is low 12.0V, I've tried to jump it from my Clio but that only shows 12.6 V at the battery which I guess is too low to turn the FreeLander over.
