It only happens when starting from cold, not at any other time.

Could it be the A/C compressor? I will get this checked, and also whether the A/C refrigerant needs a top-up.

Getting this on cold starts recently. It goes away when I blip the accelerator.

Could it be the Throttle Body about to fail? No problem so far on shut down.

From the video, it would appear that Mrs Sharhat was attempting to exit the vehicle without having turned off the engine. Sadly on this occasion, the gearbox was in reverse, not park.

Davyboy's FL2 is 2009, so does not have a DPF and therefore does not need the C1 spec oil.

The earlier spec WSS-M2C913-D oil is the one required.

Are you sure it's a belt? if it's internal and runs in oil it sounds like a chain, which normally lasts for the life of the engine.
