Is the high pressure pump drive on the end of the camshaft complete ?
A known problem on earlier cars where the end of the camshaft sheared off. |

I would agree with the above comment - not a safe bar in my opinion, having had one.
Much better off with a different make detachable or better still fixed - depending on what you plan to tow with it ... |

I believe the flywheel is locked with a special tool which engages with the starter teeth on the flywheel.
Bolted on via two of the starter bolts. |

Should have just gone straight to Bell Engineering - at least they know what they're doing.

In actual fact, it was due three years ago when the car was seven years old.
112k miles I think is the mileage change interval. |

I’d keep the Skoda - says me, who’s the owner of his fourth Fl2 - a Metropolis presently.
We have a 4x4 Yeti TDI as well, which is much more economical than the Land Rover. |

I believe there are others who have had the same problem.
I suspect higher wattage bulbs put more strain on an already weak area and cause the plug to melt.

Looks like a trolley jack to me - I'll get my coat.
I'd say the loose bit and the oil leak might be something to do with the damage to the plastic cover for the towing eye, judging by it's condition. |

I've always submerged the filter in clean diesel until the bubbles stop.
