Our 2013 SD4 auto is now on 315kkm, around 196kmiles.
Runs great, very few issues and feels solid to drive.

Yes, I think you should try to find someone with SDD tool that can run the airpath setup up process and if that does not help it also has self tests for EGR etc.

Yes, but at 162k miles I would not say it's unusual to have to replace the EGR valve on any engine?
The replacement was not too bad, once the secondary bulkhead is out, there is enough space to work ... |
