Humming noise

I got a strange humming noise coming from rear but cannot tell which side "40-50 mph and also a strange click everytime I pull away in first on drivers side , sounds like it's coming from rear door but I'm noticing it more now ?
Cheers

Old fashioned but the dealers would put the apprentice in the boot and drive around so he could tell the hairy arsed mechanic whom he feared were the noise came from.

You need to buy or loan an apprentice. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
