dashcam power/switched points??

Ok,thinking of fitting one of these to the wifes 2007 freelander after a near miss.So my question is best place/fuse to pick a perm live ,piggy back a fuse,and a switched feed again piggy back fuse.Any one help

Ok, on reflection it maybe easier to use the bonnet fusebox.I can get pos/neg from the battery and switched from the cig socket.My question is how to get from passenger foot well to bonnet ,any grommets to go through ,had a quick look and not seeing much

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

I took mine from the fuse box below the glovebox.
Top row, fourth or fifth from the left. It's a 5 amp.

England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Indus Silver

Hi got mine from the inside fuse under the glove box with a piggyback fuse .it also gives you more cable length to reach the camera.
