iPhone XS Max

Well had my iPhone 6plus since it came out in 2014. Trusty stead has done me well. A couple of batteries and 5 loudspeakers later I’ve taken the plunge and ordered the Max. I’m so glad I didn’t order an X last year as it was a bit of a let down. Taller screen but narrower. Bit like a DS and a FL2 I guess. Longer car but less capable off road.

I had the X last year and disagree about it being a letdown. It’s fine and been very reliable but I get an upgrade every year so will look into the latest offerings anyway Mr. Green LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

I've stayed with the SE, which I replaced a 5s with. I like the smaller format so I'll be stuck when I need to change. Big Cry

I moved to a samsung galaxy s9 after years of iPhones. Very impressed with it. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I’ll be sticking with my 6S plus, these new phones don’t bring anything worthwhile to warrant paying £1.5k. If my one did break I would look at the XR but more than likely take an 8 plus. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

I paid just over £1.5K for my first phone in 1986. It was one of these:

I still have it and obviously it doesn’t work but I do still have the same number that I was issued with when I bought it. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto
Evoque SD4 Dynamic Lux Auto
Present: Audi A3 S Line.

I remember an old boss bringing a similar phone into the office one day Steve. Recall him saying it had a pretty limited range? It was okay if he wanted to call someone that wasn't too far away Very Happy
My first 'mobile' was the Motorola house brick - about that size with an aerial just as long. All it did was make and receive calls, no contact lists or text facilities. Talking about it to one of the younger staff at work and she thought I was pulling her leg.
Despite its shortcomings, it was a bloody good phone

Update really impressed with my XS MAX 256GB it’s been flawless and well worth the £1,250.00. It’s leaps and bounds from the 6Plus. Really enjoying the demise of the home button,Face recognition is immense. Smile MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior
