Changing discs is an easy job. The fronts are very straight forward but from memory, the rears may be a little more stubborn to remove - the handbrake shoes may / probably will need to be backed off fully (if the adjuster works) and a bit of brute force applied.

The shoes get caught by a ridge of unworn metal on the open edge of the drum - a bit like the ridge on the outer edge of a worn disc - which prevents the discs pulling free easily. Once you have the rear disc/drum off check the handbrake mechanism for free movement and working adjusters.

Can't remember the sizes but once the wheels are off, you only need two spanners, a cross head screwdriver, something to push the piston back in (gently - don't let the brake fluid reservoir to overflow) and a little copper slip grease. I used a small 'G' clamp to push the piston back.
