United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Lago Grey

Maybe starter motor. I had issues with similar things. Sometimes wouldn’t start, so I’d roll Bar (auto) down drive and it would be fine.

In the end, I changed the starter motor. Did it myself following instructions on this forum and was much easier than I though it would be.

The result. No more issues.

I’d tried other things beforehand like battery, throttle, etc..

You can refurb solenoid in motor, but I didn’t think it was worth the effort. '09 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto
