I have a Thinkware F770 dashcam and during the heatwave, I have had to put a windscreen cover on everyday when parked which defeats the parking recording facility obviously.

Unsure about not working Doc but fed up of mine falling off 3M sticky pad stays on glass but off holder bracket. Got a good old fashioned cable tie up around mirror now as back up to stop it swinging into passenger door again. If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

Many of the dashcams with internal batteries are slowly expanding and bursting the plastic housings. Those that use 'super capacitors' are fine though Cheers,
