Sorry for late reply have had battery drop tested and it's fine.
I ran the car with everything on and charging at a steady 14.6v battery at 12.8 v.

Just a long shot..
The earth from the fuel sender and Haldex appear to go to the chassis just above the nearside rear light cluster. I wonder if there's a bad splice....

Sound like you need a good old fashioned Auto Electrician not a hip kid with a laptop.

Sadly these irritating electrical faults is going the lead to the demise of most modern cars. You are sensible to check as many earthing points as possible and loom joining blocks for integrity. Pull out the fuses, they may not be blown but they can get a build up of crud on the contact points. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Cheers Bob
I've re seated all the fuses bar the relays in the engine compartment. I will check the loom in the boot and try and find the earth splice.

Hi there
No real progress this week. Took the car to my local indy had all the codes erased and went for a drive. Fewer codes this time so perhaps some of them were old.
What came up this time.
BCM
P1348-00 fuel level sensor B circuit low
B10A2-00 crash input
B10BE'13 solar sensor open circuit
C1108-01, C1108-12, B1029-21 pedal sensor faults

ATM
U0401-94 invalid data

After looking up the DTCs I'm thinking I might have 3 problems.
The brake pedal, throttle valve and sender loom so 1st off I'm going to bypass the loom for sender B between the tank and CJB. Just got a hunch there might be an intermittent fault in the circuit.
See what happens......

have rewired sender B and no difference.
Is it possible the instrument pack is faulty?

Hi all back again
I think I've ruled out a problem with the tank senders after running temp wires from bcm to the tank and wiring a 220 ohm resistor into the circuit in place of sender B. So the fault still reoccurs after 4 miles constantly.
I think it's time to move on and look at the other faults
BCM -- C1108-01, C1108-12, B1029-21 pedal sensor faultsĀ
ATMĀ -- U0401-94 invalid data
PCM -- P0222-00 general failure.
Looks like pedal sensor has been changed recently not to say it isn't faulty
Any ideas welcome apart from the old box of matches and can of petrol line Laughing
