In Car Alarm on constantly during reverse

Hi

2012 FL2.

When engaging reverse, the in car loud alarm comes on and stays on! The parking sensor light on the dash button doesn't flash. The distance parking sounder still beeps but is a lot quieter under the noise of the alarm.

Any ideas what causes the alarm to stay on, and loud!
