Bluetooth Problem

Afternoon Gents,

We've had our Freelander 2 for 3 years now and it's been a great car but there's one issue that's annoying me...

When using the bluetooth in the car it's perfect, I can hear the person at the other end with no problems whatsoever, unfortunately the person at the other end has horrible problems hearing me!

The line is very noisy, it's as if the window is down in the car and the air is buffeting around the cabin. I've tried it with 2 phones and the issue is still the same. As soon as I take the call off bluetooth and switch it back to the handset all of the noise disappears straight away so I know it's an issue with the FL.

Has anyone had any issues similar to this? A new microphone for the car is just under £40, unfortunately a new module is over £400 so I'd like to be sure before taking the plunge on a module. If nobody has experienced similar, I might order a microphone and see where we go from there.

Cheers!
