BAILEY LIMOUSIN TWIN AXLE

Hi all
Has anyone out there got any experiences with the above caravan,I like Bailey as a manufacturer,I currently have a 2013 Olympus 530/4.we have a lot of experience with large twins and miss the extra space.
As we don't tour much now am thinking of getting the LIMOUSIN.to use more on site with just the odd run out.
Cheers

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Baltic Blue

these are a fairly rare van as very few were produced.
We have had a 620/6 which is the same just lower spec and just 7.2 wide
We then had GT620/6 same but again slightly lower spec
We then had Bailey Bologna same again but almost level spec as the limousin, same width etc but full aloy body, no wooden construction. Very warm and dry in the winter

Fantastic vans, we really enjoyed, FR2 pulled no problem at all even round Europe.Loved the space and great when there were 4or 5 of us away for 3-6 weeks at a time in Europe. Just used to take sun canopy and a fitted motor mover and good battery a must Jaguar x-type sport gone

Yes you are right, not many about ,I have seen a couple of 2010 models, which were probably the last of that body style as the Alutec construction was just about to hit the market.
The other alternative is the senator Wyoming, basically the same van but higher spec and also heavier, although like for like they seem to be in the same price range.
We are still not 100% sure at present, our current van,a 2013 Olympus 530/4(very similar layout to the above)is a great van,had it 4 years,no problems full history with all damp checks, but as mentioned we are spending more time on our favourite cl in north Devon so the twin would be a "semi static".but with the extra space and bigger shower room.
Cheers

Snod shifters
Why sleep in a field? Technology has moved on.
many hotels now have hot running water as a minimum standard even in Yorkshire.
Some can even offer you some female company if your brave.

So give your back axle day off. Rent your 'wife' when you get there.

Swmbo saw the post and thinks you have gone too far this time, she reckons hotels in Yorkshire are built with streams and rivers running through them,so how can it be hot?? Rolling with laughter
