Radio wires

Hi,
First I want to thank you for all the information in this forum!
I have a 2009 freelander 2 with the basic radio, and I an trying to install a new one, I have all the adaptors and everything is connected (except the connector in the picture. But the radio don’t power on
I think the only wire that is not connected is the 12v (red color in my new radio)
What is my mistake? And what are the wires in the connector in the photo? Do I need to connect tham too?

Thank for your help and sorry for my English

Could this be the problem? The radio isn't going to work without 12v
