A sensible change of car for my mum

Since my dad died last September, my mum has not been getting out and about as much and is only doing town driving. She has no need of her current car (2012 Audi A4 Avant 2.0 TDi Technik) and after some looking around, she has done a straight swap for a 15 reg Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost petrol (£9.5k).

It's a 5 door Titanium X in black and is loaded with features. Too many to list them all but it includes heated part leather seats, cruise control, climate control, heated windscreen, sat nav, Sony DAB system, reversing camera and keyless entry and start.

It's the ideal car for her requirements now and it's also VED exempt. The Audi is due a service, MOT in May and the tax at the end of Feb so it's good timing. My dad had several Ford's years ago and would certainly approve Thumbs Up LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
