United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Firenze Red

The new MOT regulations stipulate that 13 pin sockets will be checked for functionality as well as damage and security. 7 pin ones will only be checked for damage and security.
If there is no wiring and the tow ball is removed the towbar will be checked for damage and security.

Is it just 'plug n play'?
