judder/stutter at random

over the past few weeks the car stutters like the ignition has been turned off, then is ok does it totally at random, thought it was supermarket fuel but using v max so cant be that.once went into reduced power mode but after ignition on/off back to normal for 500mls.feels liks like a stutter does it 2/3 times then ok.
any idea's would prefere preventative repair than wait for a break down

This might not be the same situation but I have had instances where I start the car and the engine shakes violently as if it's firing in the wrong order. When I stop and start it again all is OK. I understand that it only happens with cars with a certain software/ECU combination, I think this was on my 2011 model.

Try cleaning the MAF sensor as it could be dirty and sending false information Understeer when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower how fast you hit the wall.
Torque how far you take the wall with you.
