Just picked up my new LR2 today.

Got an 08 fully loaded black LR2 today. So far I love it, but haven't driven much yet.

Was gonna get the 09 but they had an 08 left and it has the free service and I like the rims on the 08 better than the 09. Plus the price was $2500 cheaper.

I also got them to put the white side light covers on it for free.

The little extras are always nice...
I always wonder why the 2008 didn't have clear side markers. My 2002 Freelander has clear side markers.

Nice - theres not a $2500 difference between the 08 and 09. I think a console cover (lol) and some other minor stuff.

I had to go back the day after I bought it because they forgot to put on the white side covers and I took these the day I bought it.

I received mine on Friday and I fitted them yesterday. They certainly improve the overall look! TD4, HSE, Santorini Black, SS side protection tubes, clear side repeaters, chrome wing mirror covers

Clear indicators on the grills will still leave the orange reflectors in the headlamps,

I know of a few people who have replaced this to clear reflectors with a DIY job Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Yes, I have clear covers on now with clear bulbs.

I just wish it wouldn't be so cold so I could wash it.
