Drivers Door Glass Advice Please

Autoglass have replaced my drivers door window as it was shattered. The window descends fine but on driving it upwards it wants to twist down at the door hinge end.
Autoglass man is saying something in the mechanism has broken (although it was fine before it shattered)
Any thoughts ideas?

Get Autoglass offices on phone and escalate it. Your word against his case. Good luck Thumbs Up If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

what SYFL2 said.

If the glass 'technician' says its a fault on the mechanism then get him to prove it

He showed me inside the door, no obvious bits of glass anywhere and it goes down as smooth as anything it's just on the up cycle it begins to skew down at the hinge side immediately so you have to manually correct it with your hands.
Does anyone have a diagram of how the window lift mechanism works?
