Freelander 2 2013 door latch replacement motor

Hey guys. First forum post.

So recently my Freelander 2 2013 rear left door started to hiccup when locking and unlocking. It would work at random. But now it has worsened to the point where it does not work at all. This problem has now started occurring in the front driver door as well. So it took apart the door and disassembled the door latch and found one of the 2 motors in the latch was dead (Not really sure what each motor does. One locks and the other unlocks? One motor seems to be bigger than the other too. For superlock function maybe?). So need to find a replacement motor. Links to purchase or any information regarding the brand and motor specifications?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem with mine, also 2013MY.
Random locking/unlocking of the doors and over the weekend the drivers door wouldn't open as it only half unlocked on the latch.
Luckily mine has LR approved warranty so ill be making the call this week to book in

When a door lock has two motors, normally one is to lock the door and the other is a deadlock to stop the door being opened from the inside if a window is smashed.

I would have thought they will be common with other cars (probably a Ford/Volvo), but is there a reason you can't buy one new (and maybe have it shipped)?
